This experience-based
seminar will provide purchasing professionals with a specific road map for
using e-commerce tools in their strategic sourcing initiatives.
You will explore various enabled technologies and correlate them
with your personal, specific sourcing practices and initiatives.
You will learn how to design and sell your program “in house”
and to your suppliers. Learn
how to deal with “change management”, develop contingency plans and
determine measurable, performance targets. If
you have already selected all of your technology needs, then invite your
key suppliers or strategic partners to join you…Suppliers will also
greatly benefit from participating in this workshop, which will provide
them with the core logic, necessary for understanding and responding to
each of these purchasing concepts. Lori
and Jan bring extensive supply-chain experience in the automotive, retail,
consumer products and aerospace industries.
Attend this workshop and learn from a “hands-on”, real world
perspective. This course is
eligible and approved for 3.75 C.E.U. points from ISM. To register for this seminar, please download brochure and fax it to 248.738.5311. |
